MY ROLE
I collaborated with the Local Content Assurance Bureau (LCAB) team to define a comprehensive product solution, leading the discovery, research, UX, and UI aspects of the project.
CHALLENGE
Our challenge was streamlining the intricate asset management processes for renewable energy projects using technology. The aim was to enhance organizational efficiency, eliminate paper-based workflows, and reduce time-consuming meetings. The technology also needed to ensure alignment in decision-making and workflows.
SOLUTION
We developed a robust web application capable of handling diverse project needs, from simple to highly complex. This platform streamlined coordination and collaboration, offering features like task assignment, recurring events, milestone tracking, and more. Additionally, it provided transparency by granting teams access to critical information, including documentation, data, and analytics.
